Based in the Surrey Hills, Great Lighting has supplied ‘made for you’ and bespoke lights for more than 15 years. We have been happy to supply lights to all types of residential properties, traditional, contemporary and modern. We have also supplied lights to a number of restaurants, cafe’s and retails premises, including Waitrose, Rick Stein’s, GBK and more.

Most of our lights are made at the time of the order, here in the UK ( Fisherman’s Styles). Our brass lights are made in Ireland and these will be made to order, taking 15 – 28 days depending on the finish. All are quality products and crafted with care, giving you wall sconces that will last, that makes them well worth the wait.

You will not be dissapointed with the wait, their quality will last for years, with customers coming back for spares on lights 20 + years old.

Delivery Costs

We delivery to All UK addresses including Scottish Islands, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Ireland (where there may be duty to pay).

A flate rate charge may be made, and will be shown in the checkout before you buy – Free shipping is also available on orders, dependant on order value.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase and would like to resolve any issues if at all possible so please contact us first. We reserve the right to replace or repair any faulty product.

We accept returns for standard lights purchased from this website (greatlighting.co.uk) for a full refund less any postage costs.

Spare parts, cables, fittings and Lamp Glasses are ordered specifically for you, and are not covered by the returns policy. These will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Returned goods within 14 days & must be unused and have not been installed or fitted and returned in original (or good) packing, they will not be accepted where goods have been used or installed and prevent them being re-sold as new. Always return items by a method that can be tracked and keep a receipt.

Cost of the return is the buyers responsibility, we can arrange collection of a return and will quote if required, (these costs to be deducted from refund). Alternatively use one of the carriers on this site. Parcels 2 Go (we do not receive any reward for this service)

Refunds will be made within 30 days. (Normally within 14 days)
