We want you to be happy with your purchase and would like to resolve any issues if at all possible so please contact us first. We reserve the right to replace or repair any faulty product.
All Mullan Lighting lights are hand made for you, when you order them, they are therefore non-returnable, in the unlikely event they arrive damaged or if there is a technical issue, please contact us first so that we can assess what needs to be done. We may require a photograph of the light to speed assistance. We or the manufacturer reserve the right to replace or repair the fitting as appropriate, and will contact you with details as each case is different.
If you choose to return a Mullan Light, the order (or part ) a charge of 30% of the full selling price will be deducted from the refund, the cost of return is your responsibility.
J D Burford‘s Lights are assembled at the time of the order and painted as per your request, we can therefore be more flexible on returns. All stock colour lights can be returned within 14 days of supply. The cost of return is the buyers responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
Returned goods must be unused and have not been installed or fitted and returned in original (or good) packing, they will not be accepted where goods have been used or installed and prevent them being re-sold as new. Always return items by a method that can be tracked and keep a receipt.
In Stock Items can be returned for a full refund, within 14 days. Return delivery costs are the buyers responibility.
We can arrange collection of a return and will quote if required, (depending on weight / size, usually £7 – £15.) these costs can be deducted from refund.
Spare parts, cables, fittings and Lamp Glasses are ordered specifically for you, and are not covered by the returns policy. These will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
