Bathroom Pendant & Ceiling Lights
Bathroom pendants and ceiling lights need an IP44 or IP65 rating depending on where they’re positioned. Fittings in zone 1, directly above a bath or shower, need at least IP44, though IP65 is the safer practical choice where water jets reach. In zone 2, 60cm beyond that, IP44 is the standard requirement.
Brass pendants and ceiling fittings are handmade in Ireland by Mullan Lighting, with schoolhouse and holophane glass shades that diffuse light evenly without glare. Available in antique, satin and polished brass finishes, plus matte black.
Glass pendants and ceiling lights use opal or clear glass globes on a brass gallery, giving a softer, more contemporary look while keeping the same IP44/IP65 protection.
