The Pixar ceiling light has linear perforations in its aluminium shade that allow G9 light to seep through the sides as well as downward – when lit, the cutouts cast a pattern of light on the ceiling around the fitting. The black version creates the sharpest contrast. Surface-mount, no drilling. Also in grey and white.
