The Alino three-light in black is a multi-arm ceiling fitting with frosted globe shades ā three round glass globes on black steel arms that give the fitting a retro-influenced quality quite different from the bare-bulb industrial designs. The frosted glass diffuses the light rather than exposing it, producing a softer, more even glow that suits dining rooms, living rooms, and bedrooms as much as industrial spaces.
The combination of the round globes and black steel frames has a 1970s design reference ā not retro in a nostalgic or costume sense, but in the way that good mid-century form has become genuinely contemporary again.
