What payment methods can I use?

Payment is made at the time of order via Mastercard, Visa (debit or credit cards), PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
We also offer Pay in 3 via PayPal for instalment payments.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. UK mainland orders over £60 qualify for free delivery. Scottish Highlands orders over £100, and Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Ireland orders over £200 qualify for free delivery (subject to change and offers).

Can I return my light?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us first so we can resolve any issues. We reserve the right to replace or repair any faulty product. Please advise of any damage within 24 hours of arrival.
In-stock, Sollux or Burford Lights can be returned.
Mullan Lighting products are made to order and not covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, however we may accept returns in some circumstances subject to our terms and conditions. Full returns details are available on our returns policy page.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We deliver to UK, Ireland, Channel Islands, and most of Europe.
For USA, Canada, and Australia, please contact us for a delivery quote – let us know which lights and quantities you need.

What warranty do you offer?

All Mullan Lighting and Sollux Lighting products come with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and craftsmanship. This however this does not cover glass shades once delivered.

What are the lead times for your lights?

Mullan lights are made to order with lead times of 14-21 days, though often sooner. We place factory orders weekly and production runs in strict rotation. If delays occur, we’ll email you.
Sollux Lighting – normally 5 -7 days
Spares and components typically take about one week. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Lead times are normally listed on the product page.

I placed an order but haven’t received an email confirmation?

Our website sends automatic order confirmation emails instantly. If you haven’t received yours within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
Without this confirmation, you may not receive subsequent emails about production status or delivery tracking.

Are your lights dimmable?

Yes, all our lights can be dimmed. When using LED bulbs, you’ll need dimmable LED bulbs and a suitable LED dimmer switch – we can supply these options.

I placed an order but have changed my mind – can I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel your order for a full refund provided the lights haven’t started production or left the factory. If they’ve already been dispatched, our returns policy applies (see returns question below).
