Description
The Osier is a cylindrical ceramic wall light inspired by the Osier willow — a shrub common throughout rural Ireland whose curved, organic form is reflected in the shade’s upright cylinder. The shade measures 31cm tall and 12cm wide, mounted on a curved brass arm that holds it at a slight angle so light spills downward from the open top.
The Blue Earth finish brings cool layered blue tones to the ceramic surface — calm and considered, suits white, stone, and Scandi kitchen schemes. Each shade is hand-painted in Mullan’s ceramic studio in Mullan Village, so tonal variation is part of the piece.
Brass arm available in antique brass, antique silver, polished brass, or satin brass. Also available in Black Clay, Red Iron, Marbled, and Striped Matte White.
Bulb not included. E27 fitting. Handmade in Ireland.
Mullan Delivery & Finishes
Delivery: All Mullan Lights are assembled to order and finished as requested.
Brass & Glass Lights will take 15 - 21 working days, however the factory will try and complete orders a little sooner where possible, but all orders are dealt with in strict rotation.
Ceramics each piece is handcrafted at the time of the order, so these can take 4-5 weeks depending on complexity. Again they will be supplied as quickly as possible.
Mullan Brass Light Finishes & Colours
Each light is shown with its finish options, however we can often have lights finished in a powder coat finished in one of the colours or the Chrome finish, however there maybe a charge for this and delivery will be extended by several weeks.
All brass fittings are lacquered with exception of the 'Natural Brass'. We can request they are unlacquered if you prefer.
Mullan's products are hand finished therefore each item is unique. The colours shown below are intended as an indication only and some variation is to be expected - see Below.
Many of the brass lights can also be finished in a powder coated colour finish, see below.
