The Atena in concrete brings the characteristic form of the Atena — open top, sandblasted glass base — into raw gypsum-cement, creating a wall light with the same up-down lighting effect but a considerably more robust, industrial character. The concrete texture and raw grey colour shifts the mood substantially: this is the Atena for spaces that lean into honest, unfinished materials rather than refined ones.
The sandblasted glass at the base softens the downward light while the open top allows warm light to wash freely upward — an effect that’s particularly atmospheric against raw or textured wall surfaces. It suits open-plan living areas with exposed structure, hallways with brick or raw plaster, and any space where industrial influence is intentional.
