The Atena is a beautifully understated ceramic wall light, handcrafted in Poland from high-fired ceramic. Its clean, architectural form casts light both upward and downward, creating a warm, layered glow that works equally well as a hallway light, bedroom reading light, or a considered accent in a living room.
The matte white ceramic body has a sandblasted glass diffuser at the base, softening the downward light while the open top creates a gentle wash across the ceiling. The overall effect is calm and refined — the kind of light that makes a room feel considered rather than just illuminated.
Make it your own
One of the Atena’s more appealing qualities is how easily it can be personalised. The plain white ceramic body takes standard household emulsion paint well, so if you want to match it to a specific wall colour or tie it into a colour scheme, all it takes is a brush and a tin of paint. No primer required.
Practical and long-lasting
Uses a standard E27 bulb (not included), so you’re never dependent on proprietary replacements. Choose your preferred colour temperature — warm white for relaxed spaces, cooler white for task lighting — and swap bulbs whenever your needs change. The ceramic body is straightforward to wipe clean and built to last.
