Description
The Quad in natural wood is the square version of the wooden wall light — a geometric timber form that sends light both upward and downward, washing the wall with layered ambient light. The square shape gives it a more architectural, graphic quality than the circular Orbis, and the natural wood finish gives it warmth and organic character that the concrete version doesn’t have.
It works well in spaces where a geometric wall fitting in natural materials is wanted: hallways with a clean, linear quality, living rooms where wood is already present in the palette, or bedrooms where a wooden wall light provides a warmer alternative to a bedside lamp. The bi-directional light enhances wall texture — timber panelling, linen wallcovering, and textured plaster all respond well to this kind of raking wall wash.
