Product Description
The Bog Oak is a round ceramic disc wall light with a handcrafted crackled surface. Named after the ancient timber found preserved in Irish peat bogs. The disc is 28cm in diameter and sits close to the wall, a strong, considered piece that works as a standalone fitting or in pairs.
The Red Iron finish brings warm rust and terracotta tones to the crackled ceramic surface, earthy and warm against natural materials, timber, or a neutral kitchen palette. Each shade is made by hand in Mullan’s ceramic studio in Mullan Village, so the depth and variation of the Red Iron tone differs slightly across individual pieces.
Mounted on a curved brass arm available in antique brass, antique silver, polished brass, or satin brass. Also available in Black Clay, Blue Earth, Marbled, and Striped Matte White.
Each piece is hand-glazed and kiln-fired at Mullan’s ceramic studio in Mullan Village, Ireland, so slight variation in size, colour, and texture is normal. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
